Pradip Shrestha of Koinonia Patan Church scored five goals as his team entered the final of the Inter-church Football Tournament beating Anmol Christian Church here at the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) complex, Satdobato on Wednesday.
In the second semi-final, Koinonia Patan Church dominated the game from the very beginning as Prem KC netted a goal in the first minute, while Pradip Shrestha netted the other goal.
Pradip Shrestha scored a hat-trick, adding two goals in 33rd and last minutes of the first half giving his team a 4-1 lead. Pradip, scoring two goals in the second half sealed the victory with a scoreline of 6-1. Bal Bahadur Ding Dong, who scored in the 35th minute of the first half became the lone scorer from the losers’ side.
The tournament is being organised by Christian Sports Fellowship of Nepal.
